ORDER :- (Per Shri Dhanraj Khamatkar, Hon’ble Presiding Member)

(1)     The order dated 03/10/2012 is self-operative order.  It is stated that the appellant is directed to supply appeal compilation and deposit required postage in the office of the Commission within 7 days, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Commission and matter was adjourned to 17/12/2012.  As per the self-operative order, the appellant failed to comply with the order dated 03/10/2012.  Being self-operative order, we cannot modify the same in view of rulings of the Apex Court.  Appeal stands disposed off accordingly. 

(2)     The counsel for the appellant prayed that the amount deposited shall not be disbursed till the revision period is over.  Accordingly, prayer of the appellant is granted.
