O R D E R

The complainant – Sri Ratan Kr. Ghosh and Smt. Mamata Ghosh are present before the Lok Adalat Bench. The O.P. No.4 (1 ) is present.

After discussion it is settled that O.P. No.4 will not make any objection if the deed of conveyance is executed and registered by this Forum in favour of the complainant.

Accordingly, the O.P. No.4 is directed to execute and register the deed of conveyance in favour of the complainant within 10 days from the date of this order, failing which the complainant is at liberty to execute and register the deed of conveyance through this Forum.

The process of verifying draft deed will be completed within 7 days .

Accordingly, the case be disposed of before the Lok Adalat Bench.        

Let copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost when applied for.
