(2)     Adv.Rahul Mehta has made statement that he wants to withdraw the matter as per the authority given by the insurance company.  The respondent has no objection.  Appeal is, therefore, disposed off as withdrawn. 

 

(3)     Amount of `25,000/- deposited by the appellant at the time of filing of the appeal, be refunded to the appellant with interest accrued, if any.
