                   Ms. Nandini Rathi appears on behalf of Shri Manoj Shahi, learned counsel for the appellant.

                   None for the respondent no.1.

                   Shri Neelesh Khare, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

                   The appellant has filed an application (IA-5) for passing an order in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties. Along with the said application, the appellant has also filed an affidavit of first respondent/complainant.

                    Second respondent-LIC has filed an application IA-3 stating that in compliance of the impugned order, on the basis of claim received of the complainant/first respondent via appellant-bank, the second respondent LIC has

paid an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the complainant/first respondent through NEFT towards full and final settlement of her claim.

                    Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an affidavit of the complainant/first respondent that in lieu of the awarded amount she has received the amount and she has no further grievance.   

                    Recording the aforesaid statement and considering the affidavit of complainant/first respondent, we dispose of this appeal.

                     The amount as aforesaid, if it is found has not been paid by the second respondent-LIC through the appellant bank, the same be paid within one month.
