Both parties file hazira. O.p. files copy of some medical papers as directed vide order no.3 dated 15/06/2019. In view of such filing of medical papers and considering the illness of the O.p., she is exempted from making payment of cost so directed vide order no.4 dated 03/04/2019.

The M.A. case is then taken up for hearing of the amendment petition dated 14/01/2019 filed by the complainant of complaint case no.233/2015. Perused the said amendment petition and the case record alongwith w.o. filed by the O.p. Heard ld. Lawyers of both sides. Considered.

By filing the present petition, the complainants have prayed for inserting some facts as stated in the proposed schedule of amendment. Ld. Lawyer for the complainant submits that such proposed amendment is necessary for proper adjudication of the case.

After hearing both sides, we are of the view that any effective adjudication of the case, proposed amendment should be allowed. Hence,
