This Revision Petition was finally disposed of on 26.5.2008. Respondent has filed an application for release of the amount, which is lying deposited with this Commission. Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner had filed SLP No.22535/2008 before the Apex Court, which has been dismissed by order dated 19.9.2008. Order of this Commission has attained finality.

Office is directed to release the amount deposited by the petitioner to the respondent along with the accrued interest.
