No. 14/16.12.2008.           MA-109/08 in FA/08/3.

This is an application filed by the Respondent in the appeal who was the Complainant in the Forum below.  The prayer is for correction of the address of the Complainant being the Respondent No. 1 in the appeal.  We have checked up the copy of the complaint and the copy of the judgement of the Forum below and we find in both the places the address of the Complainant has been given as 3B/1 Mott Lane, Kolkata - 700 013.  The memorandum of appeal here was filed by the O.P. and therein the address of the Complainant has been given as 3B/1, Moti Lane, Kolkata - 700 013.  This has resulted in the mistake in the judgement delivered by the State Commission wherein the address of the Complainant - Respondent No. 1 has been given as 3B/1, Moti Lane, Kolkata - 700 013.  We find that the address has been wrongly given by the O.P. - Appellant and accordingly the mistake has crepped in the judgement.  The judgement dated 14.08.2008 passed by this Commission be corrected incorporating the address of the Respondent No. 1 as 3B/1, Mott Lane, Kolkata - 700 013 in place of 3B/1, Moti Lane, Kolkata - 700 013.  B.C. is directed to make appropriate action and the certified copy already issued if produced, may also be corrected accordingly by the Office.
