Complainant is absent.  Op files hazira. On repeated calls upto 12.30 p.m. neither the complainant nor the Ld. Advocate is found present.  Record reveals that for the last consecutive four days complainant was directed to present but on all occasion complainant was found absent including today which clearly signals the complainant is lost her interest to proceed with the case.  So there is no need to proceed further and thus the instant case is dismissed for default.
