             Shri Vishnu Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant.

              As per order dated 20.09.2024, pre-deposit receipt u/s 41 of the C.P.Act was to be furnished within 7 days.

                But the same has not been furnished by the appellant till date. Instead counsel for the appellant has filed a Claim Payment Voucher of the Oriental Insurance Company on 01.10.2024 i.e. after the stipulated time period.  

              In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 20.09.2024, without further reference to the Bench.
