The Learned Counsel for the complainant has already moved an application on 11/03/2019 for withdrawal of the present complaint, on the ground that, the complainant do not want to pursue the present complaint anymore. None is present on behalf of opposite parties to oppose this application. Since, the complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint, there is no justification for further proceedings in the present complaint case.
