Today the case is fixed for filling w/s by the Ops. The complainant present is  today and files a withdrawal petition before the forum, praying for withdraw the complaint petition, as the matter has already been settled outside the forum between the parties, and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further. The  Ops. are absent today. No steps taken on behalf of them.

                                Put up the withdrawal petition as filled by the complainant. Heard. The petition is allowed and withdrawn the complaint petition as per the submission of the complainant.

                         Accordingly the case is disposed of as withdrawn.
