Heard the complainant.

It appears from the submission as well as from the petition of the complainant that he purchased some goods from O.P Company and O.P Company charged Rs. 2.80/- for purpose of carrying bag and he has paid the said amount and the carrying bag was handed over to the complainant that the products he purchased. The allegation is that the O.P Company has no authority to take money for the purpose of the carrying bag but we find that there is a specific direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that if there is any advertisement of the concern shop product printed over the bag then no charge will be taken by the said concern shop but here the bag which the complainant has filed is not mentioned in any advertisement in either side of the bag. It is a plain bag so the case is not maintainable and accordingly it is not admitted on this stage. Hence, the case is hereby dismissed without costs.
