Today Ld counsel for the complainant made statement that there is some territorial defect in framing the complaint and he withdraws this complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing technical defects. In view of the statement of the ld counsel for the complainant the instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the complaint, on the same cause of action after removing technical defects, if any as per law. File be consigned to record room.
