                        In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application after the decision of Revision Petition No.982 of 2010 or as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble National Commission, if need be.

                        The cheque of Rs.4920/- dated 26.3.2010 submitted by OPs be deposited in the bank account of the Forum.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
