Present :-  Adv. Hemant Goel for DH along with DH in person.

                     Mr. Anil Goal, Director of JD company along with Counsel SH.      Ashwani Tyagi, Abhishek Sharma, Rohit for JD.

                     T. Kaushik, Regional Manager of ABHFL.

Both parties states that all three matters are amicably settled between the parties, wherein Regional Manager of Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. states that around Rs. 14,00,000/- is pending out of the total loan amount of Rs. 35,00,000/- which JDs are ready to pay within four months commencing from today. JDs are ready to clear the outstanding payment against ABHFL within four months expires on or before 27.03.2023 as full and final settlement. DH further states that India Bulls has already filed a case under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act against dishonor of two cheques amounting to Rs. 51,000/- each and the same is pending before Gurugram District Court and is now listed on 18.01.2023. JD undertakes that he will pay this amount of Rs. 1,02,000/- on or before 18.01.2023. JD further states that settlement talks are going on with India Bulls and willing to settle the matter by making the full and final payment  whatever the settlement amount arise as per settlement talks between JDs and India Bulls. They further undertake that they will clear the outstanding against India Bulls on or before 30^th June 2023. JD undertakes to file MOU signed with India Bulls as well as ABHFL on 16.01.2023.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
