                     Dharmendra Jun, Manager of India Bulls Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd.

On the last date of hearing counsel for JD filed proposal letter, original copy of that letter was handed over to the manager of India Bulls who was present before the Bench. Today both parties state that matter has been amicably settled in pursuance of the proposal letter for settlement of Housing Loan taken by Mr. Dheeraj Taneja/DH, according to which matter has been settled for an amount of Rs. 21,70,000/- as full and final settlement to be paid in four equal installments. Today counsel for JD states that in fact they have already made the payment of first installment amount to Rs. 5,42,500/- which fact was also confirmed by Manager of India Bulls and he undertakes to issue Loan Closure Letter as well as NOC after receiving the full loan amount. He further undertakes that they will not take any coercive action against DH till the final disposal of his loan.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
