                                      Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of decree holder. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that neither decree holder nor his counsel has appeared. Further wait is not justified. It appears that decree holder is not interested to pursue further with his execution and as such none has appeared on behalf of DH. Hence, the present execution is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
