Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Complainant is found ready through ld. Lawyer but has filed an application for withdrawing this case with liberty to file the same afresh on the self same cause of action.

Heard and considered submission. Perused the withdraw petition.

It appears that the complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case and for that reason this District Commission has no reason to stand on the way.

So, prayer for withdrawing this case is allowed.

Let this case be disposed of as it is withdrawn however liberty is given to the complainant to file the same afresh on the self same cause of action after rectifying the defect.
