            The advocates for complainant as well as for Opposite Parties are present today. The complainant and Opposite Party No.1 filed a joint compromise petition with affidavit to dispose of the case in terms of compromise petition.  

            As per the compromise petition, the complainant has inspected the vehicle and found the same in a fit condition and intended to take delivery of the vehicle. On the other hand the officials of the Opposite Parties are agreed to deliver the vehicle as is where condition is within two days of filing of this petition. Since both parties settled their dispute out of the Forum and are agreed not to claim any damage or compensation against each other relating to the vehicle, the Forum need not proceed with the case.

            We heard the compromise petition and allowed it. In view of the amicable settlement of case outside Forum, we dropped the case accordingly.  

            The order is pronounced on this day of 17^th January 2017 under the signature and seal of this Forum. The office is directed to supply copy of order to the parties free of cost and a copy of same be sent to the server of
