ORDER

     Evidence by way of two affidavits and reply to the application have been filed on behalf of OP No.2. Copy given to the other side. Evidence by way of affidavit on behalf of OP No.1 has also been filed.

     In view of the statement in the shape of endorsement made by the counsel for complainant on the order sheet itself, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainant to file fresh with better particulars.  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
