Both parties are absent in the forum. After several times case is called out nobody appeared on behalf of the party.

                                          On perusal of the record, it appears that case in the year 2012. Further, it appears that both parties are absent from 08/09/2014 to till today i.e 07/02/2018. In this reason, several directions have been given to the party for taking the proper step and produce the relevant documents specially relents to compliant but the complainant did not produce documents or evidence regarding the claim of complainant. Further, its mentioned that no such documents attached in this regard which proved the accident of the car registration No JH05AL 7665 and complainant is not produced any such paper which prove the claim of the complainant. After several giving direction by this forum to the complainant. In absence of any type of evidence oral or documentary, it is difficult to decide the truth of this case.

                                      The aforesaid direction of this case it is clear that complainant has no interest, in this case, no interest. Hence this case hereby dismissed in default of the complainant.
