2.Sidak Automobiles Pvt.Ltd.71/3  Mile Stone, GT Road, Karnal through its Managing Director.

ORDER:        

                   Sh.Gulshan Kumar Service Manager of OP no.1 has made a statement that he has handed over the vehicle to the complainant and according to the compromise the warranty of the vehicle has been extended for two years  w.e.f. today i.e. 10.3.2015 Extended warrant certificate has been handed over to the counsel for the complainant.

                    Sh.Nitin Jain brother of the complainant has made a statement   that he has received the vehicle, cheque and certificate of the extended warranty and he has opted to withdraw the present complaint.  Therefore, in view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
