           None for the parties since   last dates of hearings  i.e.25.4.2014,9.7.2014, 19.9.2014, 19.11.2014, 27.5.2015, 21.12.2015,1.06.2016 and  today consecutively.

Perused file.Order sheet dated 25.2.2014: 

“The RC has already been issued to District Collector to execute the order. The DH shall pursue the matter with the office of the District Collector to get order executed. To come up for report on 27.5.2015.”

As no report received on 25.4.2014 till date nor DH is appearing in this forum, therefore, it appears that DH is not interested in perusing this execution and there is a possibility that the DH has got the order executed through collector.

In the above circumstances it will be abuse of process of law to continue this execution in the long absence of the DH.  Hence this execution is dismissed as accordingly. 

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file. File be consigned to record room.
