Present:       Complainant in person.

                                               

                    Complainant has made a separate statement to the effect that that he withdraws the present complaint due to technical defects in complaint and permission may be granted for filling fresh complaint.

                    In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh complaint. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant, forthwith, free of cost as permissible under Rules.   File be consigned to  record room after due compliance.
