Skechers show room, Kunjpura road near Pentalooms, Civil Hospital chowk, Karnal, through its store Manager.

                                                                                      …..Opposite Party.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Ms. Babita Rani, counsel for the complainant.

        Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP.

      

         Today the case is fixed for filing the written version.

                Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement that the OP is ready to exchange the old shoes with new one of same amount, subject to deposition of old pair of shoe. Thirty days time may be given for compliance.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered separate his statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
