ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Counsel for OP No.1 has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and an amount of Rs.5999/- has been paid to the complainant. On the last date of hearing also, complainant stated that this complaint is to be withdrawn as he has received the amount. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
