ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Vakalatnama on behalf of OP received through petition box. Joint application signed by complainant as well as counsel for OP received through e-mail that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the complainant accepted the offer of the OP and received the amount of Rs.2672/- from Sh.Devinder Kumar, Advocate as per settlement. A prayer for withdrawal of the complaint has been made. Contents of the application confirmed from the complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
