     Case taken up today before the Lok Adalat and the parties have settled the dispute in sum of Rs.8000/-. Ms.Amanpreet Kaur Sabharwal, Counsel for OP has placed on record settlement letter dated 18.11.2016. She has made the payment of Rs.8000/- in cash to Sh.Jasjit Singh Saini, Counsel for Complainant. In view of the statement in the shape of endorsement made by the counsel for complainant on the order sheet itself, this complaint is dismissed as fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
