Sh. Pooran Chand, Proprietor of OP has suffered a statement that he has settled the matter with the complainant for Rs. 15000/. The amount of Rs. 15000/- is being paid vide cheque No. 153774. He assures that the cheque will be honoured on the presentation, failing which he will be liable to deposit Rs. 15000/- in the Consumer Welfare Fund of this Forum.

Sh. Parveen Kumar, complainant has also suffered a statement that he has received a cheque. In view of the statement of OP he will be liable to return the damage/defective domestic flour mill after the clearance of cheque. He withdraws his complaint.

In view of the statements suffered by the complainant as well as OP, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record. Photocopy of the cheque be retained on the file.
