Both parties are present in person. Complainant has filed this case alleging charging of excess price towards fabrication of steel grills. Burden lies on the Complainant to prove that O.P. has charged excess price than the other fabricators in the locality. Complainant has not produced any documents to the effect of charging excess price by O.P. Further, the dispute between the Complainant and O.P. does not fall within the ambit of C.P.Act. In the meanwhile, Complainant has received 2 nos. of steel tools from the O.P. through this Forum. Under the above facts & circumstances of the case, we dismiss the complaint as not maintainable. Parties to bear their own cost.
