Complainant is present personally through advocate.

Emmaneuel Lakra, Manager (Administration) Arambagh Branch Office being Authorized Reprsentative of LICI, Arambagh Branch is personally present with an Account Payee Cheque No. being 194451, dt.08-03-2023 for Rs.4,87,090/- drawn on Axis Bank, Arambagh Branch in favour of Decree Holder, Sukumar Sebait in terms of the Order dated: 23-02-2023 passed by this Commission for satisfaction of the decretal amount of Rs.2,68,000/- with interest.

Let the Cheque be handed over to the Complainant/Dhr on proper receipt and identification.

The Execution case be disposed of accordingly on full and final satisfaction.

The record need not be put up on 15-03-2023.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
