None appears on behalf of either side on call.
Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with order being No.4 dated 03.02.2023 passed by the DCDRC, Barasat, South 24 Parganas in connection with complaint case No.CC/200/2022, passing the order to the effect the case would proceed ex-parte against the Opposite Parties because the statutory period for filing W/V was over, Revisionist/Petitioner filed this case.
On that date the Complainant was present. Ld. Counsel for the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 was also present, but they did not take any step. So, the Ld. Commission below fixed a date on 14.03.2023 for filing the evidence on affidavit by the Complainant.
Considering the materials on record along with the impugned Order we do not find any illegality and irregularity in the impugned order.
So, the impugned Order does not require any interference by this Commission.

Revision Petition being No.63/2023 is dismissed on merit.
The impugned Order is upheld.
Fix 17.01.2025 for appearance of the parties before the Ld. Commission below and the Complainant shall file evidence on affidavit on that date.
Ld. Commission below is requested to dispose of the case within 30 days from the date of appearance of the parties in accordance with law without being any influence made by this Commission.
Let a copy of this Order be sent down to the Ld. Commission below.
Thus, the Revision Petition being No. RP/63/2023 is disposed of.
