Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.  Complainant has not taken any steps when this matter is initially taken up for consideration at 12.35 p.m and thereafter at 1.40 p.m.  On call complainant is found absent at the above noted time.  No show cause has been filed.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly depicting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

So this complaint case no.189/2022 is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this district commission. No order is passed as to cost.
