                 Both parties are present before us.

                 Ld. Advocate for the parties submits before us that the decree holder Sri Ram Mondal has received a sum of Rs. 33,000/- by cheque being no. 157962 dated 09/12/2010 from the O.P./Judgment Debtor, Sk Hasem ali this day and also further received the sum of Rs. 2,700/- in cash as full and final settlement.

                 The decree holders signature is identified by the Ld. Advocate Sri Debabrata Ghosh.

                 On question the decree holder Sri Ram Mondal has admitted before us that he has already received the decreetal dues today from the J.Dr. as full and final settlement and he has no further claim against the JDr. Further and prays for drop of the case against the JDr The decree holder also files necessary documents in support of his identification.
