Sh.Iqbal Singh, Authorized Signatory of OPs No.1 & 2 suffered a statement that OPs No.1 & 2 i.e. SK Finance Company has received the claim/loan amount of Rs.3,40,000/- from the insurance company and nothing is due against the Satveer Singh qua account No.6097204. Today, he has brought the NOC dated 24.08.2024 alongwith Form No.35 and since the same has been expired. So, SK Finance Company will issue the fresh NOC as well as form No.35 in favour of Satveer Singh to complainant within period of 30 days from today failing which complainant shall have right to file execution application.

Sh.Ashok Kumar Gupta Advocate suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Iqbal Singh, Authorized Signatory of SK Finance Company and he agrees with the same and he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file execution application in case of non compliance by OPs No.1 & 2.

In view of statement of parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by their statements and liberty is granted to complainant to file execution application in case of non-compliance by OPs No.1 & 2. Copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room.
