ORDER

The record is put up at the instant of the parties.

            They have filed a joint compromise petition with verification stating that they have settled the dispute and the O.P/Jdr. will pay Rs. 1,55,000/- to the complainant/Dhr. as award amount, out of which Jdr. has been paying Rs. 50,000/- today to the complainant/Dhr. The petition be treated as M.A No. 14/18.

            Heard both sides.

            We find that terms and conditions of compromise petition are valid and legal and liable to be accepted.

Hence,

Ordered

that the compromise petition filed by the parties is accepted.

Thus the M.A. is disposed of accordingly.

The O.P/Jdr prays for recall W/A issued against him.

Evidently the Ex. Case ended in compromise and the O.P /Jdr. has paid Rs. 50,000/-.

So, we do not find any impediment to allow the prayer.

Let recall W/A against the O.P/Jdr.

The complainant/Dhr prays for permitting him to receive/withdraw Rs. 50,000/-. Prayer is allowed.

Let Rs. 50,000/- be handed over to the complainant/Dhr. on verified and proper receipt.
