JUDGMENT/FINAL ORDER
One petition filed by the complainant being M.A. 35/2023. The petition is taken up today for hearing.
The complainant filed this M.A petition for publication of notices in the name and address of O.Ps in daily well circulated newspaper.
It is stated in application that though Indian Post notices were issued in the name and address of the opposite parties but the same could not be served upon the said O.Ps. In this manner much time has elapsed. Therefore now to save the time and proper service as per law publication of notice in the name of opposite parties are very much required, otherwise the interest of complainant will be seriously prejudiced. Prayer is made by the complainant for allowing the application.
We have taken up the application for hearing and its disposal. It is found that the services of notice upon O.Ps could not be effected and in this way a considerable period is elapsed. Hence the prayer for paper publication in well circulated newspaper is allowed.

Complainant is directed to submit the draft copy of the notice to get it approved by the office of this commission for publication of the same in the well circulated newspaper.
