The complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in selling defective product along with direction to direct the opposite party to refund a sum of Rs.21,000/-, cost of the defective product with 24% interest and to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards cost of this proceedings.
No representation for complainant. Information given from Commission for appearance. Inspite of the same, the complainant did not appear and also did not take any steps for issuance of notice to other side. Hence, no purpose in keeping the complaint on file as such. Therefore complaint dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
