The appellant is the complainant who was filed petition before the Forum.

2.According to her   the complaint was returned with the order noted on the petition itself that the petition is barred by limitation.

3. It is the case of the complainant that  she had filed along with an application of  condonation of delay.  According to her on the above petition there was no order.

4. In the circumstances the Forum is directed to receive the complaint.  The complainant is also directed to file an application to condone delay if it is not returned  to her.  The Forum is directed to  issue notice to the opposite parties and dispose of    the matter also considering the ground of delay.

5. The Forum is directed to see that if the matter is barred by limitation the complaint is not to be returned  but disposed of   on the above ground with a separate order.

Office is directed to forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.

Office is directed to returned document No.6/complaint to the appellant.
