2. Micromax Informatics Ltd. 9/52/1, Kirthi Nagar, Industrial Area, New Delhi 110015 through its Managing Director/Authorised person.

3. M/s Bharat Electronics & Char Chamana, Shop no.272, opposite Mahabirdal Hospital, Karnal, District Karnal through its Proprietor.

ORDER:

                    Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint due to technical defect but request has been made for seeking permission to file afresh.

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
