         All the O.Ps. have appeared through advocate and have not filed any reply. The O.P.2 has produce some documents. Perused the documents available on record. All these documents shows that the O.P.2 is dealing with HERBALLIFE business which is a mission of nutrition. There is no material available on record to show that the health supplement used for nutrition is under the supervision of an expert. The training programmed attended by the O.P.2 for dealing with the herbal nutrition does not disclose that the O.P.2 is an expert to deal with the same. However under the circumstances it is the duty of all consumers to aware with their rights and to protest against health hazard products.

     Accordingly the case is closed.

Send a copy of this order to the Collector -Cum- Chairman, DCPC, Bolangir  for necessary directions.
