                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.20 p.m.  Case called again but nobody appeared on behalf of the DHbut nobody appeared on behalf of the parties.  From the perusal of the order sheet it is revealed that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant since  complainant.  From the perusal of the order sheets it is revealed that the complainant is not appearing in this case for his evidence since 10.03.2016.  The complainant has failed to appear and adduce his evidence despite various adjournments.  No further adjournment is justified.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
