The counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this revision since the complaint itself has been finally disposed of by the District Commission during the pendency of these proceedings.  The request is accepted.  This revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the revision petitioner to challenge the final order passed by the District Commission in the complaint.
