Order.-  Respondent to remove deficiency in sevice by withdrawing the bills charged against the complainant and submit a fresh bill for the amount of Rs. 485/- by the end of 91-92 and thereafter charged the bills at normal rates to the crops irrigated by the complainant without imposing penalty,DPCor interest tgill tlhe date of this order i.e. and of rubby sseason of 94-95 .The complainant is permitted to pay the above amount by easy instalments Rs. 500/- in addition to the current bills. Respondent further to pay 200/- as cost of this litigation to be adjusted in the above bills.
