JUSTICE SRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU  : PRESIDENT

          The appellants is the 1^st opposite party in CC.78/07 in the file of CDRF, Kannur.  The appellant is under orders to pay a sum of Rs.1425/- towards the price of tyre and tube and Rs.1000/- as compensation and cost of Rs.500/-.

          2. The matter relates to the allegedly defective tyre supplied to the complainant. At the time of hearing it was submitted by the respondent/ complainant who appeared in person that the opposite party/appellant has paid him the entire decretal amount.  In the circumstances we find that further consideration of the matter does not arise.

          In the result the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

          Office will forward the LCR along with the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
