Petitioner sent two parcels, out of which only one was delivered to M/s Mrignayani.  Petitioner filed the complaint before the District Forum seeking Rs.96,894/- for the gray clothes and Rs.26,350/- for the job work done on them.  The total amount demanded was Rs.1,23,244/-.

District Forum partly allowed the complaint and directed the respondent to pay Rs.29,850/- in all to the petitioner within one month, failing which they were made liable to pay interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of passing of the order till the date of realization.

-2-

Petitioner being aggrieved filed an appeal before the State Commission.  The State Commission allowed the appeal partly and directed the respondents to pay Rs.96,894/- after deducting a sum of Rs.29,850/-, if already paid, along with interest within two months, failing which the respondents were made liable to pay interest                     @ 9% p.a.

Complaint/petitioner has filed the present revision petition seeking sum of Rs.26,350/- for the job work done by them.  There is no proof on record that the petitioner had job work on the cloth.  The petitioner did not lead any evidence to show that he had done the job work.  We agree with the view taken by the State Commission.  Dismissed.  No costs.
