Abhishek Kumar, aged about 21 years son of late Shri Rajinder Kumar, resident of IX 864, Vakilpura, Sadar Bazar, Karnal, District Karnal.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 …………..Complainant.

1. Sikka Sales Corporation (Mobile Gallery) Sachin Plaza, Link Road, Char Chaman, Karnal District Karnal through its proprietor/partner.

2. Micromax Informatics Ltd. 9/52/1, Kirthi Nagar, Industrial Area, New Delhi 110015 through its Managing Director/Authorized person.

3. M/s Bharat Electronics & Char Chaman, shop no.272, opposite Mahabirdal Hospital, Karnal, District Karnal through its proprietor.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for opposite party no.3 made statement that matter has been compromised amicably. In view of compromise the opposite parties are ready to make the payment of Rs.6500/- to the complainant subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the mobile set alongwith accessories. 

                   Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the opposite party no.3, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
