Application moved by the complainant for transfer of the instant complaint to Amritsar/ Ferozepur for its disposal has been perused. In this application the complainant took the ground that Dr. Avneet Kaur Managing Director of Sigma Diagnostic Centre, Opposite HDFC Bank, near Bajaj Agency, Tarn Taran/ opposite party is daughter in law of Ms. Jaswnder Kaur Dolly, member of this Forum. It is further pleaded in the application that keeping in view the above said facts and circumstances, the complainant is having no hope of justice from this Forum and therefore, the complaint is required to be transferred to some other Forum for its disposal i.e. at Amritsar/ Ferozepur or anywhere else as this Forum may deem fit.

Therefore, it is for the fitness of the things that this case may be disposed of by some other District Consumer Forum. As such, case is referred to the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab Chandigarh for necessary action in the matter. The parties are directed to appear before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh on 20.12.2017 at 10.30 Sharp. File be indexed and after completing the same in all respects to the Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh be sent well before the date fixed. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.
