This revision petition has been preferred against the order dated 07.02.2017 passed by the District Forum, Pauri Garhwal in consumer complaint No. 26 of 2016, whereby the written statement filed by the opposite party was kept on the record of the consumer complaint.

Since the proceedings of the consumer complaint were not stayed by this Commission, therefore, during the pendency of this revision petition, the consumer complaint has been decided on merit by the District Forum vide order dated 10.08.2017 and the consumer complaint has been dismissed.

In view of the fact that the consumer complaint has finally been decided by the District Forum, therefore, this revision petition has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed, being infructuous.
