Today none has appeared on behalf of any of the party inspite of several calls.

The court notice sent through the speed post to Smt. Raman Devi (appellant) is returned unserved with the report of postal department that on the given address none is traceable.

As per the above report, appellant is not traceable.

Hence, in the absence of the appellant, the appeal is hereby dismissed.  No order as to costs. 

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order. The copy of this order be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
